THE TILE IS ONLY PART OF THE ROOF

Fix the visible damage. Check the protection underneath.

Cracked, broken, or slipped tiles deserve attention. We also inspect the exposed waterproofing and attachment beneath them to understand the full repair.

We commonly inspect:

  • Cracked, broken, or displaced tiles
  • Valleys where roof sections meet
  • Roof-to-wall connections
  • Flashing around pipes and vents
  • Underlayment beneath the affected area

Your scope may involve replacing a few tiles, restoring the waterproofing underneath, or both. We show you what needs attention before you approve the work.

THE DETAILS THAT KEEP WATER OUT

A careful repair, down to the layers you can’t see.

Examples from our repair work. See the exposed waterproofing and flashing, then the finished roof with the tiles restored.

A durable repair depends on how the waterproofing, flashing, and roof covering work together. We match the materials and installation method to your roof, from tile underlayment and flashing to shingle repairs and metal roof fasteners.

Reinforced waterproofing

At roof-to-wall connections and other appropriate flashing details, we use UV-resistant liquid flashing with reinforcing fabric between the base and finish coats.

Proper tile attachment

When resetting tiles, we use approved roofing foam adhesive where appropriate, following the attachment requirements for the roof.

Crews trained on the details

Our crews are trained to follow manufacturer installation instructions, applicable Florida Building Code requirements, and TRI guidance for tile roofing.

Photos before it’s covered

You see the repair beneath the tiles, along with the finished work. We correct the installation details that contributed to the problem.

You get photos from your own roof. See what was found, what the agreed repair covered, and what was done. Your completion report keeps the record together.

WE STAND BEHIND THE AGREED REPAIR

Up to 2 years of workmanship coverage.

We stand behind the work we do. Your repair agreement clearly states your warranty term and coverage before work begins, so you know exactly what’s included.

A RECOMMENDATION YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

Repair or replace? You’ll see the evidence.

If an isolated repair makes sense, we explain why and quote that scope. If the roof’s condition makes replacement the better option, we show you the findings so you can make an informed decision.

A roof can have installation problems long before it is worn out. We look at what is happening on your roof and walk you through the photos.

BEFORE YOU INVITE US OVER

A few straight answers.

Is the initial inspection really free?

Yes. If the leak source needs additional diagnostics or a water test, we explain the scope and charge before you agree. The water-test starting price and repair credit are shown above.

Can a tile roof leak even if the tiles look fine?

Yes. Water can enter through failed underlayment, flashing, or roof connections even when the visible tiles appear intact. Replacing tiles alone may not resolve that kind of leak.

Will the replacement tiles match?

We look for the closest available match in profile and color. Older or discontinued tiles can be harder to source, and weathering can affect the appearance. We explain the available options before work begins.

Can you replace just a few broken tiles?

Yes, when an isolated tile repair is appropriate. We inspect the affected area and check replacement tile availability before quoting the work.

Will you try to sell me a whole new roof?

We explain whether a repair makes sense and why. If replacement is the better option because of the roof’s condition, we show you the findings. You get the evidence and options before making a decision.

What happens if you find additional damage?

If newly uncovered damage changes the scope, we show you photos and explain the additional work and price. You approve the change before we proceed with the added work.

Who will perform my repair?

Rectangle Roofing’s in-house repair crew handles your repair. Our office coordinates the visit and keeps you updated. We confirm the scheduled crew with you before the work.

What if my roof is leaking right now?

Call (239) 206-6916 and tell us the leak is active. We prioritize active leaks and discuss the earliest available response. Weather, safe access, and crew availability affect what can be done and when.

What happens if weather changes my appointment?

We coordinate roofing work around weather and safe working conditions. If the schedule needs to change, our office contacts you with the updated plan.

How do you protect my property and clean up?

We plan access, protect the work area, and manage opened roof areas around the weather conditions. Repair debris is removed and the work area is checked before the crew leaves.

What warranty comes with my repair?

Our repairs include workmanship warranty coverage of up to 2 years. Your repair agreement sets out the warranty term, covered work, and any exclusions before you approve the repair.

What if the repaired area leaks again?

Call or text us and tell us what you are seeing, with photos if you have them. We pull up the repair record and come look. If the repaired area failed because of our work and you are inside the warranty term, we fix it at no charge. If water is coming in somewhere else on the roof, we show you where and quote that separately.

Can you handle the repair while I’m away?

Let us know when you contact us. We can discuss access, remote approvals, updates, and photo documentation before scheduling the work.
