How much does a tile roof replacement cost in Naples?

Do I need a new roof, or a repair?
If water is coming in at one spot and the underlayment is still sound, it is usually a repair, and most run $500 to $2,500. Widespread underlayment failure or damage across the roof can make replacement the better option. We show you the findings and explain why. A free inspection tells you which, with photos. What's included in the estimate?
Tear-off, deck repairs with a per-sheet price, the underlayment, flashing, your tile selection, how it's attached, permit, inspections, and cleanup. Each one is a line you can hold against another company's estimate.
Can hidden decking change the price?
It can. Some rot only shows after tear-off. Your estimate already states the per-sheet price, and we photograph any sheet we replace and tell you before the work proceeds.
How long does it take?
5 to 8 weeks from signature to completion including the permit. On site, 5 to 10 days. We plan each workday to leave exposed areas protected overnight.
Do I need HOA approval?
In most Naples communities, yes, for profile and color and sometimes manufacturer. We prepare the submission and don't order tile until the approval is back.
What warranty do I get?
