ROOF REPAIR & INSPECTION
A roof leak doesn't always mean you need a new roof. But it always means something specific is failing — and you deserve to know exactly what it is, what it costs to fix, and whether a repair is the right call or a temporary one.

HOW WE HANDLE EVERY REPAIR
We don't patch what you point at and leave. Every repair visit begins with a complete inspection of your entire roof — not just the area where you noticed a problem. Leaks travel. The water stain on your ceiling may be three feet from the actual failure point. We find the real source, document it with photos, and walk you through exactly what we found.
You'll get a clear explanation of what's wrong, what it takes to fix it, and an honest assessment of whether a repair makes sense or whether the issue is a sign of something bigger. We'd rather tell you the truth up front than collect a repair fee on a roof that needs replacing.
If the repair is the right call, we quote it on the spot with transparent line-item pricing. No vague estimates, no surprise charges after the fact.

WHAT WE REPAIR
Most roof leaks in Southwest Florida come from a handful of failure points. Here's what we see and fix most often on tile and shingle roofs across Collier County.
Rubber pipe boots crack and fail in Florida's heat — often within 10-15 years. Every pipe, vent, and exhaust that comes through your roof is a potential leak point. We replace with new boots and proper flashing, sealed correctly.
Cracked, broken, or displaced tiles from storms, foot traffic, or age. We source matching concrete and clay tile, replace damaged pieces, and refasten loose tiles. We also repair mortar and foam-set ridge caps.
Step flashing at walls, chimney flashing, skylight flashing, kickout flashing, and valley metal. When flashing fails or was never installed correctly, water gets behind the roofing material and into your home. We repair or replace it.

HOW A REPAIR VISIT WORKS
Here's exactly what happens when you schedule a repair with us.
Call or book online. We offer same-week scheduling for most repairs. You'll get a confirmed date and time window — no waiting around all day.
We inspect your entire roof — not just the problem area. Every penetration, flashing point, ridge line, and vulnerable area checked and photographed. You'll see exactly what we see.
We explain what's failing and why. If a repair will solve it, we tell you. If the issue is a symptom of a roof that's at end of life, we tell you that too. No pressure either way — just clarity.
You'll see every item, every cost, before any work begins. Service assessment fee, materials, labor — all spelled out. No surprises after the job is done.
Most repairs are completed same-day or within a few days depending on material sourcing. We fix the root cause, not just the visible symptom.
Before and after photos of every repair. You'll have a permanent record of what was found, what was done, and the current condition of your roof. Useful for insurance, home sales, and your own peace of mind.

REPAIR OR REPLACE?
Not every leak means a new roof. A failed pipe boot on a 10-year-old shingle roof is a straightforward fix. A few cracked tiles after a storm is a repair. But if your underlayment is failing across the deck, or you're seeing recurring issues in multiple areas, a repair might just be buying time.
We're honest about this because it's the right thing to do — and because it's better for both of us long-term. If a $1,200 repair gives you five more good years, that's the right call. If you're going to spend $3,000 on repairs over the next two years on a roof that needs replacing anyway, you should know that before writing the first check.
Every inspection includes a candid assessment of your roof's overall condition, not just the immediate problem. You'll know where you stand.
EMERGENCY & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Beyond standard repairs, we offer two services that Naples homeowners need and most roofing companies don't handle well.
Emergency Tarp Installation — Storm damage, fallen debris, or a sudden leak that can't wait for a scheduled visit. We install temporary tarping to protect your home's interior while a permanent repair is planned. Call us directly for emergency service.
Roof Condition Reports — Buying or selling a home? Need documentation for insurance? We provide a detailed written report with photos covering the current condition of the roof, estimated remaining life, and any issues found. Clear, professional documentation you can hand to a buyer, agent, or adjuster.

ROOF REPAIR QUESTIONS
Every repair starts with a service assessment fee. Beyond that, costs depend on the scope — a single pipe boot replacement is a few hundred dollars, while a section of valley repair or multiple tile replacements can range from $800 to $2,500. You'll see the full line-item quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
We offer same-week scheduling for most repair inspections. Emergency tarp installations can often be handled within 24–48 hours depending on conditions. Call us directly if your situation is urgent — we'll work with you to get it handled.
We charge a service assessment fee for repair visits. This covers a full inspection of your entire roof — not just the area you're concerned about — with photos and a detailed diagnosis. If you move forward with the repair, you know exactly what you're getting. If the issue turns out to be bigger than a repair, we'll credit the assessment toward a full replacement quote.
It depends on whether it's actively leaking or an old stain. If water is coming in during rain, call us — the sooner we identify the source, the less interior damage you'll deal with. If the stain is dry and hasn't changed, it's still worth scheduling an inspection, but it's not an emergency. Either way, the stain is telling you something is or was wrong with the roof above it.
Almost certainly the underlayment. Tile is waterproof, but the membrane underneath it has a shorter lifespan — typically 20–25 years in Florida's heat. When it fails, water gets through even though the tile above it looks perfect. This is the most common tile roof issue in Naples. An inspection will confirm whether it's a localized repair or a sign that the underlayment needs full replacement.
For shingles, matching is usually straightforward — we source the same manufacturer, color, and profile. For tile, it depends on the age and type. Standard concrete tiles are readily available in most profiles and colors. Older, discontinued, or specialty clay tiles can be harder to source but we'll let you know up front whether we can find a match or what the closest alternative looks like.
NEED A FULL REPLACEMENT?
When your roof needs more than a repair, we install all major roofing systems with the same documented process.
Schedule a repair inspection and we'll find the problem, explain your options, and give you a clear price before any work begins. No guessing, no pressure.
Emergency? Call us directly — we offer emergency tarp installation for active leaks and storm damage.
